PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG or JPG; up to 8 MB each, five files and 25 MB total. Macro-enabled, encrypted, executable, archived or embedded files are not accepted. Every file enters a restricted Google Drive quarantine and is released only after a clean ClamAV result. A company profile is required. An OEM letter is also required if you claim current authorization.

Company documents only. Do not upload passports, bank details, personal CVs, confidential client records or other sensitive personal information.

Privacy & data use

TAS PMC uses the submitted information only for supplier and contractor identification, preliminary qualification, sourcing and potential project engagement. Access is restricted to authorized TAS PMC personnel and the dedicated intake account.

Documents are screened in a restricted Google Drive quarantine before release. A clean malware result does not validate the document or the claims it contains. Information may be retained while it is relevant to qualification or an active business relationship. You may request correction or deletion by contacting [email protected].

Do not submit identity documents, banking details, personal CVs, special-category personal data or third-party confidential information. Submission does not create a contract, vendor approval, tender invitation or procurement commitment.
